Intravenous (IV) Vitamin Therapy
Intravenous (IV) vitamin therapy (also known as intravenous micronutrient therapy or hydration therapy) is a way of delivering high concentrations of vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream, allowing for rapid absorption of higher doses of vitamins and minerals than if the person took them through food or supplements. It helps increase energy, lower stress levels, helps increase resistance, strengthens the immune system, combats fatigue, reduces inflammation and detoxifies the body.

When do I need primary care services?

In addition to physicals, we also offer regular women’s and men’s preventative health screenings and exams. Preventive care is important to keeping you healthy and lowering your risk for potential infections and diseases.

Skin Tag Removal
It is safest for an experienced professional to remove a tag in a medical setting, especially if the tag is large, painful, or located in a sensitive area. Seek prompt medical attention if a skin tag or mole changes. In some cases, this can indicate skin cancer.
High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure can be a dangerous condition as those who have it typically do not display symptoms. While those with high blood pressure may not experience any pain or discomfort, their condition could still be life-threatening.
Here at RB Wellness Clinic, we are proud to provide services to best identify and address this issue in our patients. We can help you make the necessary lifestyle changes and prescribe medication to aid in the management of your condition and prevent stroke, heart attack, or other health complications.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
RB Wellness Clinic is proud to offer platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy to our patients. PRP has continued to grow as a reliable way to effectively treat sexual dysfunction, and even has aesthetic applications such as improving overall skin and hair health.
How does it work?
Our blood predominantly consists of plasma, which carries red and white blood cells and platelets. PRP is created by drawing some of the patient’s own blood and then using a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets within a sample of the plasma. This concentrated sample of platelets is then combined with the original blood sample. We can then inject this platelet-rich blood into the treatment area. While results may not occur immediately, many women experience improved sensitivity, functionality, and muscle tone while improving the performance of sexual function and bladder control.
Pap Smear
A Pap Smear is a test that is usually performed yearly after a woman turns 21 or becomes sexually active. The test is a simple, quick collection of cells. While a Pap Smear is not a diagnostic test for cervical cancer, it can detect any abnormalities which can then lead to further testing.
What to expect during a Pap Smear
At the start of the exam, you will be asked to remove your clothing from the waist down. You will be given a medical gown and a half sheet to cover your lap. At the medical center office, there is an examination chair with stirrups at the end for your feet. You will position yourself in the chair, with your feet in the stirrups, so that you can be examined. An instrument, called a speculum, is lubricated and inserted into the vagina. This tool allows the doctor to have a clear path to the cervix. It is important to remember to relax and breath. This will relax the muscles of the vagina and allow for an easier examination by the medical professional.
After the speculum is inserted, a tiny, thin bristle brush is used to collect some tissue from the back of the cervix. Most women do not feel anything besides a light sensation when this is performed while some experience a feeling similar to menstrual cramps. From here, the medical professional places the sample in a small tube to be sent off to a laboratory for testing. The speculum is removed and the Pap Smear is over. A Pap Smear procedure only takes a few minutes to complete. After the Pap Smear is completed you can get dressed and conclude your medical examination.
Botox®️
Botox injections is a quick 10-minute treatment, and you’ll notice a difference in just a few days. Your Botox injections will last you somewhere around 3-6 months, depending on how well your body reacts to the injection. Please note that Botox injections is not a permanent treatment; after about 3-6 months, your facial lines will gradually reappear and additional injections will be needed.
Dermal/Lip Fillers
Dermal fillers are safe, gel-like injectable substances that smooth creases, fine lines, and wrinkles to rejuvenate your skin and add volume and fullness to your face. Dermal fillers can be used to enhance your lips, fill your cheeks, straighten out your jawline, soften grooves underneath your eyes, and many other cosmetic alterations to reduce the visible effects of aging. Dermal fillers do not fill in wrinkles but rather add volume to the desired area in order to reduce the appearance of wrinkles in your skin.
Earwax Removal
At RB Wellness Clinic, we are proud to offer ear lavage services to our patients. You may need an ear lavage if you are experiencing muffled hearing, dizziness, ringing in the ears, and/or a persistent earache due to a buildup of earwax in the ear. When this blockage hinders your overall wellness, you can trust our team to help remove it in a safe, professional manner.
During your ear lavage, we will use either a rubber bulb syringe, water pick, or a triggered squirt bottle and cannula to flush the ear with warm water. In some cases, it may be beneficial for us to gently scrape out the earwax or remove it through suction using a small vacuum.
It is important that you not try to remove the blockage yourself, as oftentimes patients end up pushing the blockage further into the ear canal and making it harder to remove.
Suture Removal
Whether you have sustained an injury or have received sutures after a surgery, we can help safely assess the healing of your wound throughout your recovery, and when necessary, remove sutures.
There are two types of sutures: absorbable and non-absorbable. Only non-absorbable sutures will need to be removed, as absorbable sutures will dissolve or break down on their own.
While suture removal is a fairly quick and simple procedure, you should never attempt to remove your own sutures. Our highly skilled staff will ensure that your suture removal is as painless and efficient as possible to avoid any possible infection.
Following your suture removal, you will want to properly care for the treatment area to avoid any potential infection to the site. Be sure to keep the wound covered with the adhesive strips we will place after suture removal for at least 5 days or until they naturally fall off. Always keep your wound clean and dry, and avoid exposing the area to direct sunlight. Your wound will be fragile after suture removal, so handle the area with care.
DOT Exams and Physicals
For certain driving jobs like commercial truck driving, a DOT physical is necessary to ensure that you’re physically fit enough to operate the vehicle. Many people put off taking their DOT physical thinking that it will take too much time or that paperwork will be a hassle to complete. We provide quick physicals with a DOT Certified Medical Examiner so that you can get in and get back to your day. We also understand how important it is for a driver to maintain their commercial driver’s license, so you can trust us to be professional and knowledgeable about your needs as a commercial driver.
When you arrive at your appointment, we will need the following from you:
- A current driver’s license issued from the state
- Any glasses, hearing aids, or contacts that you wear
- A list of all medications that you currently take
- Any special notices from your doctor (considerations, exemptions, etc.)
- A urine sample. Be sure to come well-hydrated, as you will need to take the urine test in-office.
If you are in need of a DOT physical to obtain a CDL or need to maintain your current CDL, contact us (702) 659-9180 for more information or to request an appointment today.
